Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa. In case of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. If this rule is breached, kriya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.3 Identity Verification

kriya may request verification of your identity. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details strictly confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the kriya support team immediately. Using another person's account, or allowing a third party to use your own account, is strictly prohibited.

3. Age and Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you are accepting these terms of your own free will. kriya may request proof of age at any time. If a minor is found to have registered, all deposited funds will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

Users must also confirm that they are operating their account personally and of their own independent choice — not as a representative of any third party. Placing bets with another person's money or acting as a professional gambler on behalf of others falls outside the scope of these terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

kriya regularly runs various promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms — for example, the Weekly Deposit Festival Bonus gives 50% of the deposit amount up to ৳5,000 with 20x wagering. The Slots Fun Bonus gives up to 75% up to ৳8,000 with 25x wagering. The Cricket Celebration Bonus gives up to 30% up to ৳3,000 with 15x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms — read them before claiming.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first.

For example, a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Moving up to a higher tier depends on sustained activity.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operations

All games available on kriya are operated by third-party game software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness. kriya does not guarantee any specific outcome.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Issues
